Coaching packages are non-refundable. The time allotted in this package is for your benefit; making progress requires commitment and consistency. Ultimately, It is your responsibility to use any/all of the allotted time, and you must initiate to book the sessions.  Please note that all communication regarding coaching packages is documented internally.. Coaching packages must be used within 6 months of the date of purchase of the package; the deadline will be updated when the BCRSP releases a new Blueprint that will modify the exam. 

The package includes 6 hours of direct coaching via Zoom as well as any time required by our coach to compile answers to your questions between sessions. If package hours are exhausted, additional coaching time is available for an extra fee. 

To ensure the best experience for all, we kindly request at least 24 hours advance notice if a scheduled session must be cancelled. While we understand unexpected events occur, this policy helps us avoid inconveniencing other clients waiting for appointments. When reserving your session, that time is set aside just for you. Cancelling without sufficient notice leaves a gap in the schedule that could have accommodated another client. Should cancellation notice fall short of 24 hours, we will deduct 30 minutes from your package, per occurrence. We’re grateful for your understanding as we aim to serve everyone’s needs.
