Safety Results offers CRSP exam prep coaching for candidates who want individual support while preparing for the CRSPEX. The package combines personalized virtual coaching with our CRSP study materials.

Flexible and Personalized CRSP Exam Prep Coaching
The package includes six hours of one-on-one coaching. Sessions are arranged at times that work for both the candidate and the coach and may take place by Zoom or telephone.
Each session is tailored to the candidate’s questions, knowledge gaps and areas requiring further review. Individual coaching allows the discussion to remain focused on the candidate’s needs rather than following a fixed classroom format.

Meet Your CRSP Exam Prep Coach
Cherlyn Hudson, CRSP, is an experienced health, safety and environment professional with nearly 30 years of experience in construction, utilities, oil and gas, and defence.
After completing her HSE Certificate at NAIT, Cherlyn progressed through a range of health and safety roles with organizations including TransAlta Corporation and Raytheon Canada. In 2016, she established her own company, Skyview Safety Ltd.
Cherlyn completed the Safety Results virtual coaching package before earning her CRSP designation in 2021. That experience gives her first-hand insight into the preparation process from both the candidate and coach perspectives.
Through Skyview Safety Ltd., she leads a team that provides practical health and safety support to clients across several industries. Her background in leadership, mentoring, compliance and workplace safety program development makes her well suited to support CRSP candidates during their exam preparation.

What Makes Safety Results CRSP Exam Prep Coaching Different?
Safety Results combines personalized coaching with structured CRSP study resources.
The coaching package is designed to help candidates:
- identify areas that require further review;
- ask questions about difficult topics;
- use the study materials more effectively;
- focus their preparation on the current CRSPEX Blueprint; and
- receive individual guidance rather than general classroom instruction.
The one-on-one format allows sessions to focus on the candidate’s own questions and preparation needs. Candidates remain responsible for organizing their own study approach, completing independent review and making full use of the coaching time available.
No coaching package can guarantee examination success. Safety Results provides practical support, study resources and individual guidance to help candidates prepare more effectively.
What Is Included in the CRSP Coaching Package?
The CRSP coaching package includes:
- Six hours of individual virtual coaching
- The CRSP Examination Preparation Study Manual
- The CRSP Knowledge Gap Analysis Questions and Answers Workbook
- A coaching participant handbook with additional practice questions and answers
- Support focused on the candidate’s questions and areas requiring further review
Coaching sessions are arranged at mutually convenient times and may take place by Zoom or telephone.
Coaching Terms and Important Information
Coaching packages are non-refundable.
Candidates are responsible for booking their own sessions and making full use of the coaching time included in the package. Consistent participation and independent study are important parts of the preparation process.
All coaching hours must be used within six months of the package purchase date.
The package includes six hours of coaching support. Time spent in Zoom or telephone sessions, as well as time used by the coach to research questions, prepare responses, or provide email support between sessions, is deducted from the package hours. Additional coaching time may be purchased if the original hours are used.
At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session. If less than 24 hours’ notice is provided, 30 minutes will be deducted from the remaining package time for each occurrence.
Safety Results recommends that prospective candidates complete the BCRSP application process and receive approval before purchasing study materials or coaching. Application timelines vary, and examination requirements or blueprints may change before the candidate writes the examination.
Candidates should ensure they are eligible to write the examination before purchasing the package.
